When will my flowers be delivered?

We currently deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Your first delivery day sets your regular delivery schedule - for example, if your first bouquet arrives on a Friday, all future bouquets will also be delivered on Fridays.

Please note: Your subscription includes one delivery per subscription period (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly).

Deliveries take place between 09:00 and 17:00. While we can’t guarantee an exact delivery time, we always aim to deliver within this window.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver only within selected Cape Town metropolitan areas.

You can use the postal code checker on the subscriptions page to see if your address is within our delivery zone.

How are the flowers packaged?

We ship your flowers dry in custom-designed boxes.

This keeps the blooms protected and ensures they arrive fresh and ready to open.

When they arrive:

  • Snip the stems at an angle,
  • Remove any leaves below the water line,
  • Place them in clean, cool water immediately.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes - simply update your address in your account settings.

Go to:

Manage Subscriptions → View Subscription → Edit address

Can I change my delivery day?

Yes, absolutely! You can switch between Wednesday and Friday deliveries if your usual day isn’t convenient. Just let us know at hello@pinkflowerscpt.com at least 4 days before your next scheduled delivery, and we’ll update it for you.

Your subscription will continue on your new delivery day going forward - for example, if you switch to Friday, your next delivery will arrive on a Friday too.

Can I skip a delivery?

If you’d like to skip just your next delivery (without pausing your whole subscription):

Go to:

Manage Subscriptions → View Subscription → Upcoming Orders → Skip

Your following delivery will continue as normal.

Can I pause a delivery?

You can pause your subscription anytime in your Pink.Flowers account.

Go to:
Manage Subscriptions → View Subscription → Pause

Your subscription will stay paused until you choose to restart it - you can reactivate it at any time.

Can I cancel a delivery?

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Go to:

Manage Subscriptions → View Subscription → Cancel

Your subscription will remain active until your changes are processed.

There are no penalties or hidden fees, and you’re always welcome to return whenever you’re ready for fresh blooms again.

How do payments work for subscriptions?

Your card will be charged automatically before each delivery based on your chosen frequency - weekly, bi-weekly or monthly - starting from your first delivery date. You’ll receive an email confirmation each time.
