Refund policy

We want you to be delighted with every bouquet you receive. This policy explains how refunds work for our Flower Subscription, which renews automatically based on your selected frequency - weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly - on the same day of the week as your first delivery. Deliveries take place on Wednesdays and Fridays only, within our local Cape Town delivery area.

1. Subscription Renewals & Billing

  • Your subscription renews automatically based on your selected frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) on the same day of the week as your first delivery (e.g., if your first bouquet arrived on a Friday, future renewals will be billed according to your chosen schedule for Friday deliveries).

  • Because we deliver twice weekly, your renewal date may not fall on the exact same calendar date each cycle but will follow your chosen delivery frequency from your initial delivery.

2. Cancellations

  • You can cancel at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing us at hello@pinkflowerscpt.com.
  • To avoid being charged for the next delivery, cancellations must be made at least 4 days before your next scheduled delivery.
  • If you cancel after your renewal payment has been processed, your subscription will continue until the end of the current paid period, and no further charges will be made.

3. Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods once a renewal payment has been processed.
  • If you receive flowers that arrive damaged, wilted, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We could offer:
    • A replacement bouquet on our next delivery day. 
    • A full refund for that delivery.

4. Missed Deliveries

  • If you or your recipient are not available to receive the delivery and no safe place is specified, the flowers will be returned to us.
    • We can re-deliver on the next available delivery day for a small re-delivery fee.
    • Refunds are not available for missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability.
