Cancellation policy

Our weekly office flower styling service brings fresh seasonal flowers to your workspace, with regular deliveries and floral refreshes.

Recurring payments: Office flower styling subscriptions renew automatically at the price and frequency agreed at checkout until cancelled.
Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@pinkflowerscpt.com.
Changes: If you need to pause, reschedule or change your arrangements, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Orders in progress: Where flowers have already been sourced or prepared for an upcoming delivery, cancellations and refunds may not be possible, subject to applicable consumer law.
One-off flower boxes: These are purchased individually and are not part of any recurring subscription.
