Cancellation policy

You may pause, skip, edit or cancel your Pink.Flowers subscription at any time through the “Manage Subscriptions” section of your customer account.

To ensure we can update your upcoming delivery, all changes (including pauses, skips, address updates or cancellations) must be made at least 4 business days before your next scheduled delivery date. Changes made after this cut-off will apply from the following delivery cycle.

Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

By subscribing, you agree that your subscription will renew automatically according to the frequency you selected (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly) until you choose to update or cancel it.
