Welcome to Pink.Flowers! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pink.Flowers.

Pink.Flowers is a Cape Town-based floral business offering fresh seasonal flowers in our signature pink boxes, as well as floral styling for offices and commercial spaces.

We operate this website and online store, including all related information, content, products and services (the “Services”). Our online store is powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, explain your rights and responsibilities when using our website and purchasing our products or services.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through our website.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your contact details, delivery address and recipient information.

If you create a customer account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

Pink.Flowers offers one-off flower boxes featuring fresh, seasonal blooms, delivered in our signature pink packaging.

  • Each flower box is purchased individually, with no subscription or recurring payment required.

  • Flower varieties, colours and availability may vary according to the season and market supply.

  • Product photographs are illustrative. While we aim to match the flowers pictured, slight variations may occur.

  • We reserve the right to make reasonable floral substitutions where necessary, while maintaining the overall style and value of your order.

  • All flowers are fresh, perishable products and should be cared for according to the instructions provided.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Once an order has been confirmed, cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed, as flowers may already have been sourced or prepared.

  • If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact hello@pinkflowerscpt.com as soon as possible.

  • We'll do our best to accommodate changes where possible.

  • If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative or refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable South African consumer protection legislation.

SECTION 4 – PRICES & PAYMENTS

  • All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

  • Delivery fees are calculated separately and displayed before checkout, where applicable.

  • Payment for flower boxes is made at the time of purchase through our available payment methods.

  • Flower box purchases do not automatically renew or create any recurring payment obligations.

  • We reserve the right to update our prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid for.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We deliver flower boxes Tuesday to Friday within our designated Cape Town delivery areas.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and recipient contact information.

  • Please ensure that someone is available to receive the flowers or that suitable delivery instructions are provided.

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, an additional delivery fee may apply.

  • We make every effort to deliver on the selected date, but delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic disruptions or unforeseen delivery issues.

  • If we are unable to fulfil your delivery, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

SECTION 6 – REFUNDS & FLOWER QUALITY

We take care in sourcing, preparing and packaging every flower box to ensure it arrives fresh and beautiful.

  • If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery, with photographs.

  • Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement flower box, partial refund or full refund.

  • Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we generally cannot accept returns for a change of mind after delivery.

  • Seasonal variations in flower varieties and colours are not necessarily considered defects.

All refunds and remedies remain subject to applicable South African consumer protection laws.

SECTION 7 – OFFICE FLOWER STYLING

In addition to our flower boxes, Pink.Flowers offers weekly floral styling for offices and commercial spaces.

  • Office styling services are arranged directly with Pink.Flowers and are subject to individual quotations and agreed terms.

  • Pricing, delivery schedules, flower selections and payment arrangements will be confirmed with each client.

  • Any changes or cancellations to ongoing styling arrangements should be communicated directly to us.

  • Floral designs may vary according to seasonal availability and the agreed styling requirements.

SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original content, photographs, illustrations, floral guides, branding and designs on our website are owned by or licensed to Pink.Flowers.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including payment providers.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of these third-party websites. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

SECTION 10 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Pink.Flowers will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful or restricts any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection legislation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate South African courts.
