Shipping policy

1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver only within the Cape Town metropolitan areas specified in the postal code checker. Please ensure your delivery address falls within our service area before placing an order.

2. Delivery Days

  • Wednesdays and Fridays only.
  • Your subscription delivery day will match the day of your first delivery (e.g., if your first delivery is on a Friday, all future deliveries will be on Fridays), and will continue based on your selected frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).

3. Shipping Method

Our fresh flowers are packaged securely in custom boxes and shipped dry on purpose to protect their condition during transit.

  • This method helps ensure your flowers arrive fresh, undamaged, and ready to bloom.
  • Flowers should be re-hydrated immediately upon arrival by placing the stems in fresh, clean water after a snip.

4. Delivery Times

  • Deliveries are made between 09:00 and 17:00 on the scheduled delivery day.
  • We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, but we will always aim to deliver within the stated window.

5. Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address, this must be done at least 4 days before your next scheduled delivery.
This ensures we can plan routes efficiently and deliver your flowers on time.

Please update your address directly in your account to make sure it applies to your upcoming delivery.

6. Missed Deliveries

  • If no one is available to receive the delivery and no safe place is provided, the flowers will be returned to our studio.
  • We can re-deliver on the next available delivery day for a small re-delivery fee.

7. Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your delivery address when placing your order.
  • We cannot offer refunds for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

8. Delivery Delays

While we take every precaution to ensure timely delivery, Pink.Flowers is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Road closures or traffic disruptions
  • Severe weather
  • Strikes or unforeseen courier issues
  • Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

9. Special Delivery Instructions

You may add special delivery instructions (e.g., "Leave at the front desk" or "Place on porch in shade") at checkout. We will do our best to follow these, but cannot guarantee compliance if conditions are unsafe.
